In the event our decals have a defect or error in the design or print process, it will be replaced or refunded.

Returns MUST arrive back to Bilbozo Decals within 2 weeks of receiving your decals. You are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs.

Items that are not in original condition or damaged by Postal Service will not be eligible to return.

Replacements or refunds will not be issued due to application errors made by the customer.
